6-week live virtual cohort
SOS, I Have
to Change.
This is basically therapy for your career. Except you also learn how to coach everyone around you through it.
Most leadership training teaches you frameworks. This one teaches you yourself.
Who this is for
You already lead people through change. This is where you get good at it.
Change is coming whether you are ready or not. The question is whether you know yourself well enough to handle it and help the people around you do the same.
This is for managers, founders, parents, caregivers, team leads, small business owners. Leadership is not a job title. If people look to you when things shift, this is for you.
When you finish, you will:
- Know exactly how you respond to change and why
- Lead others through any type of change with confidence
- Build tools that actually work, not just theory
- Find your people: a small group committed to real growth
- Leave with a plan you will use immediately

What we cover
Know your own wiring
Before you can lead anyone else through change, you need to understand what change does to you. We dig into your personal history and what it has wired you to do under pressure. Spoiler: it is probably not what you think.
Name the loss
Every change takes something. A role, a routine, an identity built around the way things used to be. We skip this part constantly and wonder why people are not moving forward. This week we do not skip it.
Read the room and give it language
The people around you are telling you exactly how they are doing. You just need to know what to listen for. When you can name it for them, you become the person they trust.
Find the meaning
How do you hold uncertainty without panicking into bad decisions? How do you help the people around you find solid ground when nothing feels stable yet? This week is about building that capacity.
Build trust when it is hard
Trust is easy when things are stable. This week is about what to do when they are not. How to create safety for the people you lead even when you do not have all the answers.
Make your plan
Pull it all together. You will leave with a clear picture of your change patterns, tools you have already been practicing, and a plan to address personal change and lead others through it.
FAQ
Common questions
Who is this for? +
Anyone who leads others through change and wants to get better at it. Managers, founders, parents, caregivers, small business owners. If people look to you when things shift, this is for you. No job title required.
Do I need a background in change management? +
None. The only requirement is that you are genuinely committed to your own growth and willing to show up for the group.
What if I miss a session? +
Sessions are recorded. We ask that you watch before the next week so you stay with the group.
Is this reimbursable through my employer? +
Many companies have L&D budgets that cover programs like this. We recommend checking with HR or your manager. We can provide documentation if needed.
How is this different from a course or webinar? +
It is live, small, and interactive. You will have real conversations with people navigating the same things. The peer discussion is where the actual learning happens, not the frameworks.
