The work speaks for itself.
Every organization brings a different challenge, context, and set of people to the room. Our job isn't to arrive with a predetermined answer. It's to help uncover what becomes possible when those people have the space, tools, and perspective to see things differently.

From Assumption to Curiosity
Five Generations. One Workplace. A Different Way Forward.
City & County of Broomfield

Breaking Down Silos
Building Understanding Across Teams
Customer Service Organization
For nearly a decade, teams operated in silos, with little understanding of one another's roles or how their work connected. SOS helped them build cross-team understanding and turn it into stronger communication, systems, and trust.
The Impact
Took less than 6 months to achieve stronger cross-functional collaboration. Teams developed greater appreciation for one another's work, built credibility across the organization, and became stronger advocates for their teams.
From Talking About Neurodiversity
to designing for it
Neurodiversity in the Workplace
After a previous training left employees feeling exposed and without practical tools, the organization wanted a different approach. Second Order Studio built a multi-module experience that moved from paradigm to practice, giving managers and teams concrete ways to create more accessible, inclusive environments.
The Impact
Within 1 day participants were applying these new strategies. The organization ultimately incorporated the training into its onboarding process, embedding neuro-inclusion into how new employees enter the organization.
Clarifying Ownership
strengthening the team
National Nonprofit
A rapidly growing senior leadership team had strong accountability within individual departments, but not a shared sense of ownership across the team. Second Order Studio helped leaders surface where ownership, visibility, and responsibility were getting tangled, then turn those discoveries into clear, observable commitments.
The Impact
The framework was then carried into each leader's vertical, extending the work beyond the senior team.
