Dr. Sarah Gould

Dr. Sarah Gould is a globally recognized leadership strategist, executive coach, and master facilitator. She brings over 20 years of experience supporting Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and visionary organizations through high-stakes growth, culture shifts, and strategic transformation. 

Known for her neuroscience-based leadership approach and deeply human presence, Sarah weaves the science of learning with the art of facilitation. Her clients describe her as a guide, not a guru. She helps leaders unlock clarity, foster psychological safety, and build trust that drives real results.

Allin Montford

Allin Montford is a passionate and seasoned professional with a dynamic background in Customer Service, Operations, and Learning & Development. Known for a strategic, big-picture mindset, Allin excels in knowledge management, process refinement, and fostering a strong company culture. With a track record of leading onboarding programs for teams of 50 to 200 members, Allin has also driven key initiatives in process optimization, internal communication, and new hire training development.

Motivated by a deep commitment to empowering individuals, Allin thrives in roles that blend innovation, tool development, and leadership to create meaningful organizational impact.

Skylar Lewandowski, MBA

Skylar Lewandowski is a true business "multi-potentialite" with experience in DEI, talent management, customer experience, leadership development, and project management. She has worked with executive teams at all stages from being a chief of staff at a startup to pitching the next talent innovation for one of the largest global beverage companies in the world. Intentionally working with the philosophy that business strategy should be aligned with other practices such as people policies and customer support design, she has proven to ignite real change rather than just another strategy slide deck.

Skylar obtained her Master of Business Administration from Yale School of Management - and taking from the school's motto, she really does believe business has the tremendous duty of improving people's lives.

Matt Slayter

Matt has collaborated with show and programming staff at major conventions, including New York Comic Con, C2E2, and FAN EXPO Denver, to provide professional development for educators.

Additionally, he has partnered with FAN EXPO Denver to interview celebrity guests for children and families, featuring notable figures such as Adam Savage (Mythbusters), Troy Baker (The Last of Us, Uncharted 4, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle), Roger Clark (Red Dead Redemption 2), Charles Martinet (Super Mario), and Patricia Summersett (The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild).

As a comics editor, Matt has worked with a range of creators, including Fred Van Lente, Ryan Dunlavey, Ally Shwed, and Marcus Kwame Anderson, among many others.

In the education sector, Matt has supported teachers across multiple school districts, including Fort Worth ISD, Denver Public Schools, Douglas County Public Schools, Jefferson County Public Schools, and more.

Furthermore, he has contributed to enhancing educational offerings for numerous graphic novel publishers, including DC Comics, VIZ Media, Abrams ComicArts, Pantheon, Humanoids, and First Second. His work has involved developing teaching guides for graphic novels featuring well-known intellectual properties such as My Hero Academia, Batman, and Naruto.

Non-Profit, Government Projects

Robin Wood-Mason, CFRE

Robin is the current president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Colorado Chapter, the public policy committee chair on the Philanthropy Colorado board of directors, and the newest member of the Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains Action Fund board of directors.

Robin is the former CEO of Community Shares of Colorado, a role he took on after several years at The Delores Project where he served as the Director of Development and Communications. Previously, he held Deputy/Interim Executive Director roles at Bal Swan Children's Center and the Matthew Shepard Foundation, as well as leading the development team at Boulder County AIDS Project. A graduate of The George Washington University, Robin has worked in the non-profit sector supporting and advancing a variety of social justice issues for more than 20 years.

Educational Expert

Dr. Furlinda Travis, Ed,D.

Dr. Furlinda Travis is a 29-year veteran educator who enjoys sharing her knowledge with teachers, principals, and superintendents across the United States. Through her commitment to teaching and learning, Dr. Travis continues to grow as an educator. Empowering students, teacher leaders, and the community to reach their highest potential is her passion.

She is currently serving as an Assistant Superintendent in Simpson County School District. She has served as an educational consultant for Franklin Covey’s Leader in Me in the states of Mississippi, Tennessee, Louisiana and Arkansas. She has served in several leadership roles including Interim Assistant Superintendent, Executive Director of Professional Development and Curriculum, Federal Programs Director, Literacy Specialist, and Secondary ELA Specialist. Dr. Travis earned a Doctor of Education Degree from Delta State University, Masters Degrees from Jackson State University and Belhaven University and a Bachelor Degree from Alcorn State University. Dr. Travis believes that every person can be successful when given the appropriate support.
